Steve Jensen

President and Chief Software Developer

Steve graduated from the Colorado School of Mines with a degree in Geophysical Engineering. He has been a geophysicist in the oil and gas exploration business for 32 years. He started out as a seismic interpreter but as the industry changed so did he. He switched expertise to become a geophysical researcher and software developer making major contributions to seismic processing systems such as MicroMax, ProMax, and other leading processing systems. Lately he has been developing custom geophysical software tools for clients who use the SeisSpace/ProMAX processing system by Halliburton. He has expertise in 3D seismic processing algorithms and 3D graphical data viewing.
